Junior Induction sessions are carried out regularly on the 1st Tuesday of each month starting at 7pm.
There are NO Junior Induction sessions in August and September. The next Induction is on Tuesday, 2nd October, 7pm.

Track use on Thursdays: Juniors will be using the track more often between 7pm-8pm. Juniors will have priority. Adults are to check with their coach and agree on lane use. Adults may have to restrict their running to 8pm-9pm.
Tuesday - 7pm-9pm training at Lynnsport is for our competing athletes in coordination with their coach. Discipline specific training such as hurdles, sprint or throws are offered.
Thursday - 7pm-8pm training at Lynnsport is for all age groups and abilities. 8pm-9pm training is for our competing athletes in coordination with their coach. Discipline specific training such as hurdles, sprint or throws are offered.
Saturday - 10am-12pm training at Lynnsport (October to March) is for our competing athletes and aims at general fitness and injury prevention. All U15 athletes, please check with your coach to make sure this session is suitable for you.
Sunday - 10am training at Wolferton woods car park (October to March), aiming at stamina. All age group athletes, please contact Chris Ely if you are interested.
The road and cross country running group also meets on other days. Contact Tony or Martin for details.
